Where do you tutor?

We offer our services all across Manhattan, as well as parts of Brooklyn and Queens. We also offer Skype tutoring for our long distance and international students.

Do you come to our homes?

Most of our tutoring is done at our students' homes. We also work with students at their schools, as well as local libraries, coffee shops, and bookstores.

What tests and subjects do you tutor for?

We tutor for the SATs, ACTs, ISEEs, SSATs, SHSATs, and the Hunter Test. We also work with students on ELA, math (through pre-Calculus), essay writing, and reading comprehension.

How much do you charge?

Our rates differ depending on what is being tutored. To find out more, please click here to contact us.

How long are the tutoring sessions?

The length of each session depends on the subject matter, the student's comprehension of the material, and the particular goals that are set. In general, we recommend 1 hour for academic subject tutoring and 1.5 - 2 hours for standardized test preparation.

How often do you recommend sessions?

This will also depend on the factors mentioned above. In general, we recommend once a week for academic subject tutoring and 1 - 2 times a week (or more) for standardized test preparation.

Can you guarantee a certain test score or grade in school?

We cannot guarantee certain results, but we will work diligently with our students and parents to make sure that the best possible results are achieved. We can accomplish this with personalized lessons, frequent practice tests, and open communication between all parties.
